Phone and email support for PyroBill is available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific, excluding holidays.
When you license PyroBill you will receive one year of free phone and email support. Your support period begins
the first day you call for support or the date you activate your
software, whichever is sooner. After the first year, your annual subscription fee covers the cost of phone and email support and continued use of the system.
